There is only one thing we want this season, at least one podium finish in a Tour. We will try racing Monte Rosa Tour and Race of the Minutemen with Aubrey Welling and, if possible, Fast on Wheels with the young, unmaxed Kerwin Ainsley.
Felix Deville will leave the team for 60k and John Steels will also be sold for 51k. Both of them were only sold so that Ainsley and Kilby Shiflet can be maxed as soon as possible.
Welling has been considering retirement, but with his current shape we don't think he will hang his wheels anytime soon.
We will try not to make the same mistake as last season, rise in the ranks too fast and then struggle for results. After MRT we will go slowly, so that we don't miss the two other tours, and considering that we will lose 120 between MRT and FoW we might be able to ride RoTm in between.
Also, for those following Aldis Tindall, just wanted to say that he was spotted in London. Aparently he was walking around with a crow on top of his head. Because of that I will be going 5 days to London to see if I can bring him back home and, luckly for me, the day of my plane is the day after the sign up for MRT.
I am still wondering how he got to London from the loony bin here in Scotland without any money. How do you think he did it?

Ainsley is only maxed in HL and FR, he has still got a Good SP and Average TQ I hope to max.
